Every chapter shaped who I am and reinforced one truth: change isn’t something to fear, it’s an opportunity to rediscover yourself, redefine what’s possible, and create a future that reflects who you truly are. Those experiences are why I became The Firestarter.
As an executive coach, motivational speaker, and creator of the Firestarter Method, I ignite women who are ready to embrace change, rediscover their purpose, and step confidently into their next chapter. Not by giving them all the answers, but by helping them uncover the ones that have been within them all along.

Over the years, I called 26 different bedrooms home. Each one marked a new chapter. Some moves were filled with excitement and opportunity. Others came with uncertainty, heartbreak, difficult decisions, or the realization that it was time to start over.
Every bedroom tells a story.
Together, they document a lifetime of change and the lessons I learned along the way. Looking back, I realized that every transition, whether chosen or unexpected, was preparing me for something greater.
Those experiences didn’t just shape my life. They inspired me to help other women navigate their own seasons of change. They became the foundation of The Firestarter Method, the approach I use today to help women move through life’s transitions with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
